circumstances may any images, names, logos, graphics, text or the like,
be reproduced, copied, modified, up/downloaded or distributed in anyway,
without the express written permission of CustomLids and the copyright

All product information is
correct at the time of going to publication. CustomLids reserve the
right to update the on-line catalogue at any time without prior notice
to users. Colours, styles and fabrics shown are intended to give
guidance only, as on-line images and colours cannot be wholly accurate. |
| Returns and Refunds |
|
Customlids must be informed
immediately upon receipt of goods if they arrive damaged. Unused merchandise, in its
original condition and packaging may be returned within 21 days of
receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their
original packaging. Goods that have been used cannot be returned or
exchanged unless they are defective, in which case they will be covered
by a manufacturers warranty. All refunds must be supported by the
original sales documents. Goods returned from outside the EC must be
marked clearly "MAIL ORDER GOODS FOR EXCHANGE - NO DUTY" on
the packaging. Goods returned from outside
the UK for exchange, may be liable to a further postage charge to cover
the cost of shipping for the replacement item(s). Proof of posting is not proof of receipt - please use a
suitably insured courier - the goods belong to you until they are
received by us.
