Details of Outer Shoe: 33 cm high and made from a particularly high abrasion-resistant kangaroo-skin, wear-resistant reinforcing for gear change, Kevlar/Carbon fibre anti-abrasion panels in the ankle zone, special racing sole with extremely rounded heel, replaceable toe sliders secured with plastic screws.

Details of Inner Shoe: Extra padding in the hard shell for shock absorption and to ensure a good fit, Kevlar/Carbon fibre hard shell with extreme resistance to twisting and torsional loads, solid hinged joint between shaft and foot, shock absorbing extra padding in ankle and heel areas, Kevlar stretch elastic zone, triple Kevlar weave in toe area, extra padding in the hard shell for shock absorption and to ensure a good fit, sweat-absorbing fine leather lining, anatomically formed bed for the foot with hemispherically shaped heel.

Flash

This 31 cm high boot is made from soft leather, the foot being leather lined whilst the shaft is textile lined. The zip fastening on the inner side of the boot is showerproof with a leather covering. The calf fitting is adjustable by means of a burr adhesion fastener, and highly elasticated inserts can be found in the ankle and instep. The skin area is reinforced with plastic, as are both sides of the ankle, these being padded with latex foam. An inbuilt reflector is in the heel, and an abrasion resistant pad is fitted for gear changing. The insole is reinforced with a zinc plated steel insert bonded in plastic. Preformed inner sole for comfort and a oil and petrol resistant soft rubber gives good grip.

Road Star

This 29 cm high boot is made from high quality full grain cow hide. Foot lining is leather, whilst the remainder is flock lined. Calf adjustment is available by the use of burr adhesive fastening. Plastic reinforcement is built into the skin and ankle areas and is combined with generous latex foam padding to give the optimum fit. Double zip, with covering on the inside, provide a wide opening for ease of fitting and removal, whilst the sealed gussets help to keep the boots showerproof. Added features are 3M-Scotchlite reflector on the heel, plastic reinforcement gear change area, removable and replaceable preformed inner sole and elastication in the heel. The leather insole is reinforced with a zinc plated and plastic coated steel shaft whilst the sole is of sport profile soft rubber.

Trans Open Gore Tex

High quality enduro style touring boot. This 37 cm high boot is crafted in 2.8 mm special hydrophobia treated cow hide, fully waterproofed by the fitting of a GORE-TEX® membrane and an elasticated leather top edge of the boot shaft. Robust plastic reinforcement with generous latex foam padding are used in the shin and ankle areas. Fully sealed inner gussets with GORE-TEX® prevent the entry of any water. Double zip fasteners give a wide opening for easy fitting and removal, the top of the zips having leather covering, with nylon burr adhesion fasteners and these are also used to give adjustment in the calf region. The gear change area is reinforced with plastic, and there is an elasticated panel in the heel to ensure that the boots are also comfortable to walk in. The leather insole has a zinc plated steel reinforcing with plastic in the instep an a foam cushion is located between the insole and the special profile enduro sole with steel tip at the toe. An additional preformed inner sole which can be replaced is fitted for extra wearer comfort.

A 31 cm high boot crafted from special-hydrophobic hide, made 100% waterproof by the fitting of a GORE-TEX® climatic membrane. The zip has a leather cover. Calf adjustment is by means of a burr adhesion fastener, and highly elasticated inserts are fitted to the heel and instep. The plastic reinforcing on the shin and at both sides of the ankle are fitted with latex and foam padding. Reflectors are fitted to the ankle and shin. The boot insole has a zinc plated insert bonded in plastic to reinforce it, and a preformed, replaceable inner sole sits on this. A PU foam cushion is fitted under the special studded profile wedge sole which is both oil and petrol resistant.
