Gore Lockout Closure
Gore Lockout closure is a toothless construction that opens and closes silently and delivers 100% waterproof protection. The metal slider moves up the garment smoothly interlocking two double-channelled polymer tracks to create a flat-fronted finish that removes the need for a storm flap.Safety: 3M Reflectors
Safety is a major concern for Rukka and as such, all outerwear garments feature additional screen printing using 3M Scotchlite, a latex ink combined with retroreflective lenses to provide a high-visibility presence when lit in low light conditions.Cordura
Cordura is a nylon yarn made out of 100% polyamide fibres and has a much higher abrasion resistance than regular nylon. Rukka only use Cordura with a minimum fibre strength of at least 500 denier, raising safety standards to a very high level.
