The motorcycle clothing specialist Rukka is well-renowned for their top-of-the-line textile outfits. Now, the two-piece Lancelot is the first leather suit to join the portfolio. Only the finest materials available were employed: The upper material is a novel laminate of high-grade, 1.2 millimetre strong Bovine leather, a “Gore-Tex Pro-Shell“ climate mem­brane and a lightweight protecting mesh. This makes for perfect wind and waterproofness as well as outstanding breathability. Plus, this composition in union with the open pore hydrophobization prevents the suit from getting soaked with rain water, thus turning the much-feared cooling effect to the wearer’s body to a thing of the past. The leather’s perforation as well as sealable ventings all the more enhance breathability. In intense sunlight the treatment with TFL CoolBlack diminishes the surface temperature and keeps the wearer cool. Red stripes, reflecting logos on sleeves and lower legs as well as reflective piping add to the suit’s sporty retro looks. Fitted with cuff zippers, 360° waist zipper, elastic Gore Tex in armpits and with 2 external pockets, 1 pocket inside the zip and 2 internal breast pockets. Armour incorporated is the RVP Air system, lattice construction armour, back, elbows and shoulders.

SRO ANATOMIC Jacket

The latest innovation in the field, Rukka SRO Anatomic, is an outfit that meets the needs of the future motorcyclists by combining the best possible riding comfort and safety to the best possible design by benefitting the latest material technologies. It also benefits from the unique novelty in the protector area to enhance the motorcyclists’ safety, the new body armour technology - APS Air, Powered by Dow Corning®. The protector material reacts to an impact by stiffening but in normal conditions it moulds itself tight according to the user’s body and movements. Once again, the defence & comfort properties have been developed further but not sacrificing flexibility and breathability. The new suit features stretch Cordura fabric meaning the suit can be worn on a variety of motorcycle styles including Sports machines. The outer fabric of this jacket consists of a combination of Kevlar and Cordura fibres, used as a face material in a 3 layer Gore-Tex XCR laminate making this jacket waterproof from the outset retaining little or no water.  Breathable mesh lining and removable inner jacket with 80g insulation and Outlast thermal regulation.  Elasticated Gore Tex cuffs with removable outer Gore Tex collar.  Rukka Air Cell, (lattice) CE approved armour in shoulders, elbows and back, allowing the jacket to breath over its entire surface.  TFL Cool Black system reflects the suns heat. SHAKAL Jacket

With the Shakal, Rukka presents a new rider's jacket that combines the latest safety standards with classic retro look. Rukka employs the tried and tested, abrasion resistant Cordura 500 as outer material - treated with a special oil for the Shakal jacket. This results in the looks and the feeling of a waxcotton jacket without any drawbacks as far as safety and ease of maintenance are concerned. The yarn is treated with the oil before spinning in order to maintain the outstanding breathability of the Cordura fabric and to avoid ageing processes. A breathable Gore-Tex Z-Liner shields the rider from wind and rain. The new Shakal jacket is equipped with a removable thermal lining (60g) that makes for a comfortable climate also during cool days. Just like all Rukka products the Shakal jacket excels with its tight but comfortable cut. Due to its classic looks and the longer cut, the Shakal makes for stylish attire even when not riding. A waist belt permits exact adjusting of the width according to the wearer's individual requirements. A Velcro fastener on the neck provides variable adjustment. Two front pockets and two more on the sides enhance the classic looks even further. Beneath the wind flap, two more small pockets, one of them waterproof, offer space for small items. The cellular phone can be conveniently carried in a cell phone pocket. Reflective stripes on the sleeves of the Shakal jacket make for improved visibility in the dark. Like with all Rukka jackets and trousers, the 'crash' zones at the shoulders, elbows and forearms are guarded by RVPair protectors certified according to CE norm EN1621-1.
