Custom Lids provides Free UK Delivery on all orders over £15 to all UK addresses. We aim to deliver all our products in 1-3 working days.
We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver to all current EU destinations as well as all other European countries. In addition we deliver to most other worldwide destinations.
Custom Lids Limited cannot be held responsible for any taxes or any other charges the customers country may impose for importation of the customers order. Please contact your countrys custom office to check if you are liable to incur charges.
Items clearly damaged in transit should not be accepted as once signed for the item has been accepted by the customer and we are not responsible damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
Delivery times may vary for non UK destinations however we aim to deliver all overseas orders within 3-10 working days.
Delivery costs to non UK addresses will be calculated at the checkout.
If you do need to return your order fill in the enclosed returns form and include it with your returned item within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund your items after this period. Delivery's placed throughout December have an extended returns deadline of January 8th.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item and for your parcel until it arrives at our facility. We recommend you use a form of recorded delivery. Goods must be returned clean, unworn, unused and in their original packaging (including all stickers and tags intact with all relevant user information such as user manuals ). We reserve the right to refuse items not in a resalable condition.
Non returnable items are; Used Helmets, Ear Plugs, used Pin Locks, Used Clothing, Base Layers, Underwear. Any returned items not complying with this procedure will be returned to you.
Refunds are issued against your original payment method, this will reach your account within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your return. You will receive an email notification once your order has been refunded. Exchanges will be processed as indicated by you in your returns form. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
We do our best to ensure we only provide you with the best quality products, but unfortunately from time to time faults can occur.
